Beach Volleyball

Sheriff
Quite frightening really as to the speed of the man, i've got to say, (nothing knew there then!!!) that whilst i throughly enjoy the ladies beach volleyball, (yes, yes, i know for the obvious reasons!!!) i do find it hard to take seriously, when you consider how much training goes into being an Olympic gymnast or long distance swimmer, or any swimmer come to that, or a marathon runner etc, etc and then compere it to the only training you appear to need to play beach volleyball, i.e two weeks on Bondi or Copa-cabana beach, plus watching series four of Baywatch and really, it does make being a beach volleyball gold medal winner seem pretty meaningless.
Let's see how long it takes for Pa Broon to start shouting off, that all of Britains success was down to New Labour funding !!! OH YEAH ?????
Then it's Trooper this, an Trooper that
And Trooper how's yer soul?

Mr Kellog's sir,

Congratulations on your long study of how to qualify to play beach volley ball, it was a close call for you to bring the subject up. My mate William Hill had you and Quassie as joint favourites, personally I would like to see more players on the teams (women only). Like we used to play in Hohne circa early 80's, when we had unlimited players for half an hour to qualify as a sports afternoon then off to the pubs in Bergen to quench our thirsts.

Mr Woods sir!
I gave up volleyball back in '86 whilst in Belize, being the f****ng Idiot that i am, and being totally not ar**d about changing my flip flops for trainers,(i think 6 cans of carlsberg had something to do with that!) i commenced a said game in the said flip flops, went up for a block at the net, landed awkwardly on the tarmac court, (probably the only one in Central America that was made of tarmac, f***ing sappers!) and proceeded to rip the top layer of skin off my big toe, Jesus did that hurt!!!! The camp medic, a puddlejumper with 3 Queens, (the regiment not a local gay bar) had to administer this very stinging solution to stop my toe rotting and going gangrenous, still wince at the memory now!
Then it's Trooper this, an Trooper that

Definatly Sheriff
A far cry from that "hot babe" from Belfast, Mary Peters !

I was quite impressed with the Lady from Belurus in the womens Hammer, she wouldn't have looked out of place on a womens beach volleyball court !

Mr Kellogs sir.

How come you never mentioned that stunner who's pictures festooned your walls, just at the time she was competing ?. Who is that I hear your brain ticking over thinking?. Well here's a clue her initials are Fatima Whitbread.

Mr Kellogs Sir.

Have you booked a flat overlooking horse guards parade yet as it is less than 2 years to the Olympics and that is where the beach volley ball will be held :?: :?: :?:

Tony
I know you have best intentions in mind for Paul but the only things that over look Horse Guards is the statue of the Duke of Boots The MOD and the shirt tail lifters as for the Pde ground a bunch of ducks and hundreds of Poles selling manky bangers to Japaniese tourists in St Jameses park.
