6 Nations 2012

Postby Taff » Tue Jan 31, 2012 1:00 am

OK Boys, what's the predictions.

Mine;

1. Wales (On world cup form)
2. Ireland (on experience and being obstinate buggers)
3. France. (Certainly in the top 3).
4. England. ( In turmoil, need leadership and more heart).
5. Italy. (Ever improving, could be their best six nations yet)
6. Scotland. (Struggling with depth, but could surprise)

My prediction for most exciting game Wales V France.
Most physical game England V Ireland.
Player of the tournament George North.
If your officer's dead and the sergeants look white,
Remember it's ruin to run from a fight:
So take open order, lie down, and sit tight,
And wait for supports like a soldier.
Wait, wait, wait like a soldier . . .

I will stick my neck out and:

England (Believe England learnt a bitter lesson in the last World Cup, although are a young side)
France (Always a danger)
Wales (May have shot their bolt)
Ireland (Differcult Team to play but lack strength in depth)
Scotland (Same as Ireland)
Italy (Agree are a better team but will still struggle)

Hi Fellas,

How about making it interesting with the loser puts twenty quid into the Noahs Arc pot.

Point for every team in the predicted position plus a bonus 2 points if you have predicted the winning Nation.

Based on the final results and on points difference if any teams are in a tied position.

If we here have a tied result for the loser those tied put a ten spot in the kitty.

The book closes at 14:20 Saturday 4 Feb 12. Those predictions already on the thread count and you must agree to take part before the above time and date. Must be three or more Takers!

Any takers? (I agree)

Cheers

Mac McNulty
