I had a great day out with my friend to NMA for the Memorial Dedication of the Light Dragoons Memorial.
As an outsider I was warmly welcomed by both the Colonel of the Regiment Major General D J Rutherford- Jones CB and CO. Lt. Col. James Senior ( ex KRH) and fellow offices and troops.
The Memorial is a very fine piece of Welsh slate engraved with the various Regiment badges.
They also placed a Memorial bench nearby where one may sit and meditate.
Thank you Ron I located both the paving stone and our lollipop.
