The Regimental Band of the 14th/20th King's Hussars

Postby Bob_H » Fri Sep 20, 2013 7:59 am

Members of Noah's Arc attending our reunion next year are in for a special, extra-special treat.

We are happy to announce that our Regimental Band will play a concert at Hotel Sheraton on Saturday 26th April 2014

...which will blow you away - these guys haven't played together for decades!

"Sussex By The Sea", Regimental Marches, and some extras that you will not want to miss.

Definitely not to be missed - book in now if you haven't done so already.

John,

Not all my work I assure you. A number of people have been working hard to bring this together including Paul Wigmore, Ned Lydiard and our stalwart, Don Bateman. More details of who will play soon, but the astonishing estimate currently is for a group of up to 20 !

Bye 2014 standards that will be the only playing Cavalry Line Band. Based at Catterick, the New Band and the only one will be THE BAND OF THE RAC., :(

If you haven't been in touch already, contact Paul. Dorset shouldn't be a problem - loads come up from that end :)

Don't know what you mean by 'Based at Catterick', but I'm sure you're right. This could well be the only playing cavalry line band :) :) :)
