All the best Billy, hope you are home soon. Perhaps you should forget Usain Bolt this summer and move up to middle distance

Not Usain Bolt, just stick to operating the bolt on the door.

Hiya everyone,
Lets get rid of the boring stuff first :lol  A GREAT BIG THANKS for all your messages they make a big differance when your (well me  ) feeling crap.

My oxygen levels dropped to 54% yesterday morning so Kay rang an ambulance and the paramedics turned up as well, I had already put myself on oxygen but it still took about 40 minutes for my levels to come up to near normal. I ended up being taken in to casualty and having the usual barrage of test all of which came up clear apart from it seems i dont expel enough carbon monoxide as they would like but theres nothing i can do about that anyway. so due to bed shortages i was sent home at 5pm last night and told to keep an eye on my levels and if i feel unwell again ring 999 so kay has ordered her nurses uniform and i'm behaving myself as usual     once again Thanks everyone for your messages.

atb Billy & Kay
