Sam

You should have received details by mail from Home HQ, if you did'nt you should check with John Cornish at Preston and make sure he has your correct address etc.

I was with John not long back and one of the problems he has is that the boys dont always remember to update home HQ when they move etc.

Great photos Bill!

I saw John Micklem, Martin Davis, back of Col Pharoh-Tomlin, Col Jeremy Moger

It was great to see Mick Holland with brother Robin, haven't heard anything about Mick since leaving the Regt, Mick was the manager of our folk group in Herford and Hohne

Didn't recognise the guy with the parachute though!

Rick
ps. if anyone is in touch with Mick please give him may regards?
From Brisbane Queensland, beautiful one day, perfect the next

Good Pictures Bill

I am a little confused by the mounted Guidon Party, I am used to it consisting of,

RSM, - Rear of the Guidon Party
RQMS - Carrying the Guidon
2 G/Sgts, - 1 either side of the Guidon

Just looked at the peaks of the hats for the Guidon Carrier and what I assumed was the RSM at the rear, surely they are officers hats !!

Maybe things have changed, anyone enlighten me?

John,
The guidon was carried by Lt Cowell. with an escort of three NCOs. I do not think when we did the job like you or Phil they trust us on horse back. :D
