Well as a Southerner I used to be asked this question a lot and it was because my Grandfather was in the 20th Hussars who went through WW1, amalgamation in 1922 and left in 1935. I was lucky to spot the 14/20th on the list of regiments at JLR and guessed it was me ol gran pappies regt. I was further...
